Reliability & Security
BMS series products obtained IEC/UL62368, IEC/UL60730, IEC/UL60950, GB/T 34131
Cooperate with customers for GB/T 36276, IEC 62477, IEC 62619, UL 1973, UL 9540
The energy storage system consists of LFP modules, where cells are connected and linked to a harness leading to the BMS. The BMS monitors the temperature, voltage, and current of each individual cell.
THREE-LEVEL BMS ARCHITECTURE
Our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) use a three-level Battery Management System (BMS) architecture, which includes:
•STACK-LEVEL (OR SYSTEM-LEVEL)
Provides centralized management of all racks in the ESS, interfaces with the Energy Management System (EMS) and Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and controls system operating modes.
•RACK LEVEL
Manages a group of battery modules within a single rack, collects data from Pack-BMS units, and communicates with higher-level systems.
•PACK LEVEL
Responsible for monitoring and protecting each individual battery module.
